The case
We carried out a detailed diagnosis of the use of disposable plastics in Bitali's operations, identifying critical points and key opportunities to reduce consumption. Through workshops we encouraged the participation of the business community, co-designing plastic-reduction strategies and concrete action plans, and we communicated progress with a data-based approach.

Through its different brands it makes not only mattresses and pillows but also inputs that it sells to other companies.
